Adams will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of The Carlson Group's sales, production, logistics and finance divisions. He will be working closely with TCG shareholders to affect positive organizational change from both strategic and tactical viewpoints. Adams most recently served as an advisor to emerging firms providing them interim C-level management, strategic planning and tactical assistance on a contract basis. Adams has served over 24 years in the marketing services related industry.
